How information reaches the Bulletin
- A notice or source document enters an operator review queue.
- The operator checks its source, dates, audience, links, and privacy boundary.
- The operator publishes a concise answer or notice with the source context residents need.
- Later corrections replace or retire the public item rather than creating competing answers.
Search may help find relevant reviewed material, but it does not turn unreviewed input into an answer.
Programs versus Bulletin
